Toys/Stuff!
New additions to the collection: Torpedo (1983) and a Cobra Eel (1985) - both complete and in great condition!
Recent additions to the collection: Doc (1983) and Lifeline (1986). Already had Lifeline, but the figure was in bad condition with no accessories or file card.
Low Light (2014) and Ice Viper (2014)
Wild Bill (1983) and Snow Job (1983) Just added these to my collection! I already had Snow Job from before, but he was missing all accessories and had very loose joints - very cool to have a complete one in great condition again.
Zartan (1993) and Firefly (1992) Not the most popular versions of these characters, I'll grant you, but I still think they're fun to have in the collection, as both are featured towards the end of the original Marvel comic series.
Wild Bill (1992)
Zartan (1984) with Ripper, Torch, and Buzzer (1985)
Buzzer (1985), Thasher (1986), Zandar (1986), Zarana (1986), and Road Pig (1988)
D.E.F. in the house! Just say no. Bullet-Proof, Shockwave, Mutt & Junkyard, Cutter, and Headman (all 1992)
Ripcord and Recondo (both 1984)
Dusty, Shipwreck & Polly, Snake-Eyes & Timber, Airtight, Quick Kick, and Alpine (all 1985)
Destro with the Despoiler (1988), Iron Grenadier (1988), and the Baroness (1984)
The B.A.T. (1986)
I never had the original Blowtorch or Scrap-Iron as a kid, so it's exciting to finally add these to my collection!
Wordburglar's super cool Joe CD!
The 2013 Kwinn figure along with a re-release of the '82 Snake-Eyes that came with one of the 3 figures/comic sets:
In addition to cutting out the file cards, I had also cut out and saved some of the art from the original packaging. Of course I wish now I hadn't cut anything up, and had saved everything intact, but oh well...
Package art from the action figure 3-packs that came with a vintage comic reprint - released around '03-'05 I'm thinking:
25th Anniversary Figures:
Cobra Group Photo! :-)
SGT. Slaughter and the Tripe T (1986) with Gung-Ho (1992):
The Desert Fox and Skidmark (1988) along with Outback, Tunnel-Rat and Psych-Out (1987):
The Pogo with Cobra Commander in Battle Armor and Raptor (all from 1987):
The Mudbuster (1993) with Sci-Fi ('86), Crazylegs ('87) and Spearhead ('88):
Cobra deciding where to place their "Blue-Shirt" troops and Crimson Guards... Yeah, I know - pretty corny :-)
Chuckles (1987) and Interrogator (1991):
Some shot of the Tomahawk along with Wild Bill, Life-Line, Roadblock and Leatherneck (all from 1986 except for the Wild Bill figure which came out in 1993):
The next two shots are dedicated to Christopher Latta:
The Skystriker (30th Anniversary Line) and Conquest X-30 (25th Anniversary Line):
The Thunder-Wing (2003) and a green version of the Conquest X-30 (2001-ish):
The Tiger-Rat from the 25th anniversary line:
Some of the HISS Tank variations:
It was a really bad time for the Mos Eisly Cantina to run out of grape soda...
Deep-Six and the SHARC (1984):
Some "Retaliation" loot:
The file cards I still have from the '82-'94 line:
From the "Retaliation" movie line:
Vintage Cobra:
Hawk, Shipwreck, Low-Light, Gung-Ho and Wet-Suit from '82-'94 line and hydrofoil from 2003-ish
Oktober Guard! (from comic 3-packs released 2004-ish, I'm thinking)
Wild Weasel is an '84 original, Firefly is from the comic 3-packs, and the Rattler is the 25th anniversary re-release:
The 2011 VAMP. Scarlett, Flint, Lady-Jaye and Rock N Roll are all from the comic 3-packs. The blue Snake-Eyes came with a deluxe DVD release of "The MASS Device/Revenge of Cobra."
The Ice-Viper, Snow Serpent and WOLF ('82-'94 line)
Leatherneck, Snake-Eyes (version 2), Low-Light, and Beach-Head ('82-'94 line)
Dusty ('85)
Lady Jaye, Flint (comic 3-packs) and Roadblock (25th Anniversary Line). One of my gripes with the 25th Anniversary figures is that they're taller than the vintage figures so you can't mix them without it looking wrong. Unless, of course, the character is supposed to be larger than the others, such as Roadblock - then it works out pretty good.
Alpine ('85) climbs the piano
The Battle Platform ('85) Hawk, General Flagg, Breaker, Zap, Stalker, Clutch, Rock N Roll, Scarlett, and Short-Fuse are from the comic 3-packs
Gung-Ho, Mutt, Law, the MOBAT and Check Point Alpha are from the '82-'94 line. The VAMP is a 2003-ish re-release.
Wet-Suit and Torpedo (Figures from the 25th Anniversary Line)
A Snake-Eyes figure released 2009-ish:
Zartan, Zarana and Zandar ('82-'94 line) having a family reunion in the sunlight to see if they still turn blue. All three used to turn bright blue, but now there's no change in Zarana and Zandar. Zartan still turns a little blue, though.
Some snow scenes with a combo of vintage and newer figures/vehicles:
Croc Master! (the 1987 and 2008 figures) An appropriate figure to be missing a leg, I must say. But it was nothing that half a toothpick and a little glue couldn't take care of. :-)
Techno-Viper and Hazard-Viper. Both released late in 2011, I'm thinking
Viper ('86), Cobra Commander ('01-ish re-release), and Alley Viper ('93)
An attempt to recreate the cover to issue #64. Yeah, I know - a little cheesy - ha ha
Here's the history of Cobra leadership in the Hamaverse:
Issues #1-53: Cobra Commander
Issues #53-64: Serpentor
Issues #64-98: Fred VII
Issues #98-Present: Cobra Commander once again
Issues #1-53: Cobra Commander

A coloring book that was released to promote the new "wave 2" figures from 1983.
Joe "choose your own adventures" and spin-off novels from the late '80s
VHS tapes of the original '80s cartoon - I'm thinking these particular releases came out in the late 90s.
Stickers from 1986:
The following pictures are of a 1985 Hasbro ad I still have kicking around:
